Inventory Coordinator

Are you able to juggle several projects and make order out of chaos? Interested in the operations side of retail? We’re looking for an organized and self-motivated Inventory Coordinator to join the Return to Vendor pack!  Working under the RTV Supervisor, the Inventory Coordinator works quickly to track the returns from our warehouse floor and maintains high amounts of communication with our vendors. 75% of the time, you’ll be ensuring data accuracy, building professional relationships with our vendors, and problem-solving. 25% of the time you’ll be out in the warehouse floor checking returned products, reporting discrepancies, and making room for incoming returns.

More of what you’ll do:

  • You’ll need to put your attention to detail hat at all times, as this is high volume detailed work. You’ll be the owner of any data entry, data analysis, filing, problem-solving, and record keeping including entering product information (UPC’s, styles, etc.) for returned items into the main database
  • Use general guidelines, but also individual judgment and common sense to identify issues
  • Show your top-notch customer service and confidentiality skills when communicating with vendors, stores, and other departments
  • Other miscellaneous projects are done as needed

What you’ll need:

  • Excellent verbal/written communication and the ability to maintain confidential information
  • You’re comfortable and adaptable to ever-changing workloads
  • Previous experience in a detail-oriented role, met deadlines while there were distractions and speed bumps, preferably in an office setting
  • Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and Word is required; experience with Rover and bs.com is a plus
  • Ability to lift 30-40lbs.
  • Availability to work Mon-Fri, 8:30am-5pm
