Pet Food Express needs a Sr. Benefits Specialist to own benefits administration and to help lead our growing HR team. Reporting to the HR Director, this position spends about 60% of the time focused on our benefits programs -- everything from enrollments and benefits invoice reconciliations to 401(k) administration -- assuring that related information is correctly entered to payroll.
The rest of your time would be spent focusing on the bigger picture of HR processes as a whole. We’re looking for an office leader who will mentor junior members of the team, solve problems and take on improvement projects with gusto. You’ll keep the wide variety of HR programs and functions humming, including management of compliance postings, file management, recognition, and service awards, just to name a few. If you have this unusual mix of detail-oriented subject-matter expertise and a natural interest in people development and process improvement, we want to meet you.
